Elevate the standard tomato, mozzarella and basil salad with red onion and rice wine vinegar. These two ingredients provide a great flavor that will leave you thinking "what is in the salad, that taste so good?"
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil

4. Top with onion and basil mixture. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and fresh cracked pepper and salt.
